Roman is an accomplished musician. Together they have written and performed environmental songs as a way to inspire people. Most notably they have performed their original music on the DNR's "Restore your Shore" CD. Carolyn has included an original song in the new "Minnesota Lake Ecology Curriculum." She alone and with her band Clearwater have been asked to sing and perform for events such as the Tom Waters recognition dinner (for River Leadership), the Lakes and Rivers Conference, the Living Green Expo, the St. Louis River Canoe Event and the Minnesota State fair.
